Magnesium is a mineral that’s crucial to the body’s function. Theanine is derived from tea leaves.  L-Theanine is used as sleep aid and to lower anxiety.  Some people believe it helps with the immune system, and help prevent cancer.  It is also used by some people to help relax.  However it is not recommended for pregnant people or people who are trying to conceive, or breastfeeding.  You must also avoid beer, wine, and mixed drinks while taking this product.  It may cause you to be sleepy, and therefore you cannot drive after an intake of L-theanine.  Some people react to it.  It is important to look out for side effects, which may include feeling dizzy, chest tightness, itching, seizures, swelling of face, lips, tongue, or throat.  You must consult the doctor immediately if you notice any of these signs.

    I wasn’t aware of just how important this element was until I came across this article. I knew that magnesium was a key mineral that we need for optimal health. I always know I have too little of this one when I get cramps in my legs.

    The Nitric Oxide is a really good stuff in our bodies. I am very familiar and have easy access to Magnesium,l and L-tryptophan but I don’t have easy access to Ashwagandha and Theanine. From what I’ve read in this article, I love Ashwagandha so much.
